Established in 1949, McGuckin & Pyle, Inc. is a custom machinery manufacturer located in southeastern Pennsylvania. McGuckin & Pyle is a well diversified OEM machinery manufacturer as well as a supplier for fabricated structural components and machined parts manufacturer spanning most industrial sectors.

For machinery development and conceptual & manufactured parts design, McGuckin & Pyle, Inc. maintains a complete mechanical and electrical engineering staff which utilize the latest versions of both AUTOCAD© (for 2-dimensional design) and DSS SOLIDWORKS© (for 3-dimensional design) design software to aid in research and development projects, develop component designs and develop structural designs. This capability, as well as, our ability to provide finite element analysis (F.E.A.) on developed structural and component designs proves longevity against fatigue for engineered solutions

Our manufacturing floor consists of both certified welders and journeyman machinists which utilize the latest in manufacturing technology and practices. McGuckin & Pyle's manufacturing facilities host CNC controlled machinery, horizontal boring mills, vertical milling centers, large capacity lathes (up to 256 inches between centers) as well as abrasive water jet cutting capabilities. We can fabricate and weld most metals including all carbon steels, stainless steel, aluminum, as well as various compounds.

McGuckin & Pyle, Inc. has continuously upgraded equipment and facilities to meet our customers growing demand. Most recently we expanded our facility with the construction of our assembly and testing building for the complete construction of all structures and test running of all machinery systems manufactured to prove out new concepts and solutions and to begin the training of our customer's operational staff so integration at the customer's facility is seamless.
